Terms and Conditions Of Entry To SeOne Nightclub
Due to new licensing restrictions put on the SeOne club by Southwark Council all TG customers who are attending an event at the venue must agree to the following:
1. By Purchasing tickets to a Torture Garden Event at the SeOne Club you hereby agree to allow the SeOne Club to scan your identity on entry.
2. Valid Forms of ID are as follows:
- Passport (all Nationalities)
- National ID card (all Nationalities)
- Driving License (all Nationalities)
- Provisional Driving License
- SIA Card
- citizen card. You can obtain a citizen card from www.citizencard.co.uk
OR
3. Refusal to allow the SeOne venue to scan your ID or if no ID is presented at time of entry, means you will be refused permission to enter onto the licensed premises. No refund on purchased tickets will be offered.
4. The Data will only be released to the Police or Southwark Licensing upon request after a serious incident.
5. SeOne Club will store the data for a period of 31 days. It will then be deleted upon confirmation from the police and council that they have no requirement for any data from the venue.
6. The data will not be used for any marketing reason or released to any 3rd party whatsoever, by TG Productions Ltd or the SeOne Club.
7. The data is controlled by the Data Protection Act
8. You may have access to the information held on you at any time by making a written request to our data controller at the address detailed below.
