Can I get changed in the club or do I need to arrive in my TG outfit?

We understand that not everyone wants to travel in their to the club in their TG outfit and we are happy for you to change once you get inside the club but our door staff will ask to see that you do have an appropriate outfit with you before letting you into the club.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Most of our events tend to sell out in advance so to avoid disappointment we do advise that you pre-order tickets. Once we announce that an event is Sold Out that means that the event is completely full and that there will be no further tickets available via the phone line/ website/ shops/ or on the door.

What do I need to collect tickets that I have pre-booked?

Please bring with you a print out of the Netbanx confirmation email that will have been sent to you after you place your order. If you do not receive this email please call the office on 0207 613 4733 to confirm that your order has gone through successfully

Will there be a cloakroom at the venue?

Yes., every venue that we use will always have a cloakroom. There may often be a queue during peak times as most people will have a coat and maybe a bag with the clothes they travelled to the club to check in. Please be aware that the average price for checking in coats is �1 per item at most venues but that cloakrooms are run by the venue not by Torture Garden so although we can advise them to be prepared for a higher volume of coats and bags than at their regular nights we cannot actually control the running of their cloakroom facilities.

What is the minimum age for attending TG?

We are an over 18s event. If you feel that you look under 21 please bring ID with you to avoid the disappointment of being turned away on the night

Will there be a smoking area?

There will be an outdoor smoking area at every TG event.

Can you recommend a hotel close to the venue?

If you look at the details for the event that you are planning on coming to there will be links to hotels that are nearby

Will there be taxis outside the club?

As we use different venues for different events we cannot always guarantee that there will be safe taxis outside the club. Many venues have a taxi firm which they use and will have somebody waiting to order you a taxi but this isn't the case for everywhere. We recommend that you pre-order a taxi with a reputable firm such as Addison Lee: 0207 387 8888 to ensure that you have a safe journey home.

What is the best time to arrive at TG?

Most of our events open at 10pm, with New Years Eve and occasionally our Birthday Party being the exception to this. The peak time for people arriving at the club is between 11-12.30, so if you want to avoid queues at the door and at the cloakroom we would suggest that you come before this time.

How much will drinks cost at TG?

The drinks prices and in fact the bars in general, are run by the venue management not by TG. We do not make any money from drink sales and thus have no control over the drinks prices, though this is something that we take into consideration when booking venues for our events and do try to ensure that at least some of the drinks available are reasonably priced.

CLUB ETIQUETTE

All patrons must adhere to the dress code at all times once inside the club.

Anyone caught inside the club not in dress code will be asked to leave. No refund.

No cameras are allowed in the club without a press pass. This includes camera phones. Anyone caught taking photos will be asked to leave the club. No refund

No harassment (verbally or otherwise) will be tolerated of any kind inside the club. Offenders will be escorted off the premises immediately. No refund.

Gropers Beware. Torture Garden does not tolerate non-consensual behaviour of any kind. When you are caught you will be asked to leave - no refund.
